Always a great time there, a lot of entertainment, such as the wonderful music and shows. Also there are a few pools and the view onto the sea is beautiful. There is also a lot of things to do, for example the soccer camp or the catamaran lessons.

Wasn't Turtle friendly from some management staff when I visited. However! after meeting the real Hotel manager a wonderful Lady, I'm sure there maybe improvements in this area in the near future. Only 1 star until I see improvements in this important area. Then I will repost update. Guests & staff should be made aware of this during the Turtle season so that they can be educated & enjoy the spectacular occasion of nesting & hatching that will occur on the hotel beach when the babies hatch. There is a local Turtle centre nearby that can help in this education or information....ask at the desk for information.

Another Robinson Club that is perfectly organized. Staff: very friendly, supportive and multi-language Food & Beverages: throughout the day there is plenty of buffets with a wide variety of food, floating drinks and free local alcohols Rooms: neat and tidy - most of the time we have spend outdoors at one of the pools or at the beach The negatives - not to be underestimated as it’s annoying: 1) To get a sun-protected sun-bed you have to put your towel by latest 6:30 am. At least this the common practice of guests (majority Germans) to „reserve“ their sun-bed for the entire day - even those sun-beds are rarely visited and stay unattended. The hotel staff is not doing anything against it, unlike other Robinson Club resorts that we have visited before. 2) To enjoy an „alfresco dining experience“ guests have to book a „wine dinner deal“ (ordering at least one bottle of wine from the card at own charge), as all outdoor tables are being exclusively reserved for such bookings. Without the booking of a „wine dinner deal“ the guests will have the only choice of indoor tables - and „enjoying“ the heated indoor hall.

Total chaos in the organisation. Nobody knows what is going on. Paid 10 days, got only 9. Robinson does not care about you anymore once you have paid. |Entertainment wise, don’t expect the level of Clubmed. For families with kids 0-5 years it may make sense. Good luck.
